How we work.

Every engagement runs the same three-part method, from a half-day workshop to a multi-year academy. Inspect. Enable. Apply.

01

Inspect. Diagnose before prescribing.

We start by understanding what is actually happening in the organisation. Not what the strategy deck says. What people actually do, where decisions get stuck, where AI could meaningfully change the work.

We audit tooling, interview stakeholders across the org chart, read the HR strategy and the last board deck, and produce a shared picture. The output is honest. We name what is broken and what is not.

Typical deliverables: readiness report, stakeholder map, use case longlist, risk register

02

Enable. Build the capability.

We design the program: literacy curriculum, leadership reflection, hands-on labs, champion networks. Scaffolding matters. Most leaders lead unconsciously, and most employees use AI superficially. The work is to make both visible, then to build capability that compounds.

Live online is the default format for scale. In-person for pivotal moments. Always paired with the artefact participants take away and use the next day.

Typical deliverables: program curriculum, worksheets and canvases, recordings, alumni community

03

Apply. Ship working artefacts.

Capability is only proven in production. We prototype agentic workflows, deploy digital employees on well-defined processes, embed new rituals in teams, and stay close through the application phase to refine what works.

Learning without application decays in weeks. Application without learning is theatre. We do both.

Typical deliverables: working prototypes, automation templates, adoption playbooks, measurement frameworks

02 · Why this sequence
"The default in enterprise transformation is Assess, Plan, Execute. It produces decks. It rarely produces capability."

Inspect, Enable, Apply is built around a different assumption: that AI capability is learned in the doing, not the planning. The methodology is biased toward shipping artefacts, not recommendations. It is also designed to pass works council review the first time. We know the European political terrain and the regulated-industry constraints.

04 · Principles

Partner-led, always.

You work with the principal, not a delivery team behind a partner.

Artefact over abstract.

Every engagement produces something usable, not a recommendation.

Voice over volume.

We take fewer clients so we can go deeper with each one.

Built for European context.

Bilingual delivery, GDPR-native, works-council-safe, regulated industries welcome.
