The studio.
Children of AI is a Berlin studio working at the intersection of AI strategy, human transformation, and design. We are an AI and Automation Enablement Studio. The word "studio" matters. We are not a consultancy that hands over slides, and we are not a dev shop that ships code in a vacuum. We are the bridge: we think and we build.
We believe AI is the most significant architectural shift in how organisations operate since the spreadsheet. We also believe most of the current conversation about it is shallow. Our work tries to be the opposite.
We are small on purpose. We take fewer clients than we are asked to take, because the work we do (executive programs, custom architectures, capability infrastructure) only works when principals are in the room.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Tizian leads AI literacy and GenAI transformation programs across Europe, working with executives and boards to translate AI hype into measurable capability. His background sits at the intersection of data strategy, organisational design, and creative practice.
Before founding Children of AI, he was Director Generative AI & Data Literacy at DAIN Studios. He co-developed the Data Thinking methodology (published) and lectures on Generative AI & AI Strategies at HWR Berlin. He publishes Field Notes, an essay practice on AI and leadership, and is the author of Pixel, a children's book on AI literacy.
He lives in Berlin with his wife and three children.
